Any damage to any property including, but not limited to, concrete pads, grass areas, electrical, plumbing, street signs, light poles, trees, structures and any trash/debris left on site, can be subject to a minimum $50.00 charge, depending upon the damage that has occurred. 

Please note, the credit card you provided to us for your reservation will be charged for any damages that have been incurred during your stay and will include processing fees. Should damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card.
